Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Service Features and Changes

Beast Teleprompter provides teleprompt-related tools, including script management, AI prompting assistance, smart follow reading, floating teleprompter workflows, and recording-related capabilities (depending on platform and version).

We may add, modify, limit, or remove features as part of ongoing product, security, legal, or operational updates.

Subscription, Billing, and Renewals

If you purchase paid plans or subscriptions:

  • Pricing, billing cycle, and entitlements are shown at checkout or in the platform UI.
  • For purchases through Apple App Store, billing, renewals, and refunds are generally handled under Apple's policies.
  • We may update future pricing or package structures with reasonable notice.

User Content

You retain rights to content you upload or enter (such as scripts and project materials).

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, transmit, and display User Content only as required to operate and provide the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or APIs
  • Introduce malicious code, perform attacks, or otherwise disrupt service availability

Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all software, branding, design, documentation, and related materials are owned by Beast Teleprompter or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
